SYNTHETIC KNITTING LUBRICANT

Knittol ZX is special lubricating oil for
needles and sinkers on great diameter circular
knitting machines.
It contains extreme pressure and antiwear
additives which guarantee low wear even
at highest speed of machine. Knittol ZX,
has an excellent oxidation stability. It
does not thickens or form viscous deposits
load forming machines.
SALIENT FEATURES
No Carbonization
: Absolutely no carbonaceous deposits
on critical knitting elements such as cams,
cylinder, sinker ring, needles and sinkers.Excellent
Anti-wear, Antirust and Antistatic properties.
Stability :
Being a synthetic oil, nil degradation even
at very high temperature in the cams segment,
irrespective of varying terrain.
SCOURABILITY
: Fully washable with cold
water and does not leave any stains whatsoever
after the fabric is washed.
No effect on skin or eyes and plastic, magnetic
components or paint of the machine. APPEARANCE
/ COLOUR : Visual clear liquid / water white.
