SG 410 Synthetic Grease is high performance
Grease which combine synthetic base fluid
with barium complex soap thickener. This thickener
system provides a higher dropping point, excellent
resistance to water wash, and tenacious combined
structural stability. The unique physical
properties of the synthetic base oil combined
with selective additives, provides outstanding
protection against wear, rust , corrosion
and high temperature degradation.
APPLICATION
SG - 410 has been formulated primarily for
lubrication earlier of ultra high speed rolling
element bearings.
Generally, such high-speed bearings require
a firm grease formulated with light viscosity
oil having good anti-wear properties for
long bearing life. It is important that
the initial grease pack is about one third
full to allow the Grease to be pushed away
from the ball/roller track during normal
operation.
