PROPERTIES
 |
Lowers the
friction of yarns on high speed machinery
for twisting, winding and weaving |
 |
Reduces fly
and dust on two-for-one twisters |
 |
Provides
synthetic yarns and their blends with
a good antistatic |
 |
Is easy
to remove by normal scouring processes
even after thermosetting or steaming
treatment |
 |
Can be used
for cotton/polyester and rayon/polyester
blends, too, because of its emulsifier
system |
APPLICATION
The main field SPINOL XL, is two-for-one
twisting of blended yarns with polyester or
acrylic.
SPINOL XL is applied by brushing to the
surface of the bob-bins or by a dosing machine,
i.e. of M/s. Joeres & Pferdmenges, Rheydt,
West Germany. SPINOL XL can be applied
before or after doubling. In both cases an
equal distribution throughout the bob-bin
is obtained.
SPINOL XL has to be used undiluted, wool/polyester
blends need 1% cotton or rayon/polyester blends
1.5 to 2%. On acrylic yarns 1.5 to 2% should
be applied.
