For any conveyor chain running continuously at high temperature condition it is essential that the lubricant used maintain its lubricity at high temperature and does not form any carbonaceous products. Our products have been specifically formulated for such conditions. The product finds applications are primarily in the stenters, paint curing ovens for the automotive and white goods industry.

The use of these products offers advantages like extended oil change intervals eliminating seasonal oil changes, and do not form any carbonaceous deposits or high viscosity degradation products keeping the valves and filters absolutely clean and are suitable for screw, rotary and reciprocating type of compressors.

Synthetic Gear oils operate over a larger temperature range than conventional gear oils offering a better thermal stability. In addition to this they also exhibit heavier load carrying characteristics and show exceptionally low coefficient of friction and reducing wear and tear. YALE has developed for the first time in India 100 % Synthetic oil specifically for Sulzer projectile lubrication. It does not form any carbonaceous deposits and is fully scourable thereby eliminating the guide tooth marks and oils stain problems commonly encountered.

SF - 1100 has been specially designed for Lubrication of spindles in ring frame Open end machines to reduce the power consumption and thereby generate substantial savings. It is a nonstaining oil and does not form any carbonaceous deposits.

SPINOL XL, is a superior antistatic, Lubricating agent for a two-for-one twisting of blended yarns with polyester or acrylic and can be used undiluted, wool/polyester blends need 1% cotton or rayon/polyester blends

The machines in Steel, Metal die casting, Coal Mining and Power generation operate at very high temperatures or with a nearby by presence of molten metal which means that the use of ordinary oils could pose a problem of fire hazard. In order to encounter these problems we recommend the use of Fire Resistant Fluids.

SF - 300 is a synthetic lubricants designed for use in Hydraulic systems, pumps and circulating systems where high temperature or superior performance characteristics are required. It has excellent compatibility with normal sealing materials and also does not form any carbonaceous deposits eliminating the need of change of oil filters
